To complement our design service we offer a full Planning and Building Regulations service, from drawing up of plans for submission to Local Authorities or Approved Inspectors, through to dealing with relevant officers along the way. We also provide planning feasibility advice and pre-planning applications for certain projects that require this approach.

We can also act as Principal Designer and assist with the overall design of a project to ensure full compliance with Buiding Control Regulations, including planning, managing, monitoring, and co-ordinating the design work during the pre-construction phase.
